Its hard not to cry when you see how this paralyzed pit bull welcomes dad home after deployment
An army officer and his wife adopted a special needs puppy with a severe birth defect, just before his being deployed for six months. The dog's name was Emma and she immediately hit it off with her new human daddy. They were both heartbroken when he left.Before we continue we need to tell you something about Emma. She can not use her hind legs, they are completely paralyzed. She had had many wheelchairs but she refused to use any of them. This means that her movement is impaired, and she does not move much, and definitely does not move quickly. When her owner returned from his 6 month long deployment though, and when she saw him at the door she started running towards him as fast as she could! She could not wait to hug him!
