Meet Angel, a sweet pup who has been through an appalling brutality – she has been famished intentionally, and as per her condition it went on for a significant long time. Fortunately, the general population at "Save From The Heart" saved her and were more than resolved to help her. You will have a hard time believing what she looked like when they took her in.
