Cats are incredible moms, there’s no doubt about that, but when Snaggle Puss gave birth to her kittens, their owner was hoping she’d make room for one more addition to her family.

While Snaggle Puss was having one of the best experiences in life – motherhood, not far away a baby rabbit was having one of the worst. At only one week old, Bubbles the bunny lost his mom. Being too young to survive on his own, this guy put him near Snaggle Puss’ litter and hoped her maternal instincts would take over. The way this new mama reacted caught everyone by surprise and had millions of people worldwide shed a tear.
